The September 14, 2020, edition of WWE RAW took place from the Amway Center in Orlando, Florida. The event was aired live on the USA Network from 8pm ET.

Asuka successfully retained the RAW Women’s Championship on the September 14, 2020, edition of WWE RAW.

Asuka successfully retained her RAW Women’s Championship against WWE legend Mickie James. The champion locked in her trademark ‘Asuka Lock’ move and the referee called the contest off, claiming James was unable to continue. Following the match, Zelina Vega made her way to the ring and made it known that she has her sights set on Asuka’s title. Vega slapped Asuka before leaving.

Elsewhere, Ruby Riott & Liv Morgan took on Lana & Natalya in tag team action. WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions Shayna Baszler and Nia Jax were on commentary as they eyed up their upcoming Clash of Champions challengers in Riott & Morgan. Riott was able to pick up the win for her team by pinning Lana.

Following the match, Baszler and Jax assaulted Lana and Natalya whilst Riott & Morgan retreated. Jax would then put Lana through the announce table with a Samoan Drop.
