Kelly Kelly became the first ever female to capture the WWE 24/7 Championship on July 22, 2019.

The July 22, 2019, edition of WWE RAW was a special ‘reunion’ episode in which various legends were in attendance. During the show, Kelly Kelly, Candice Michelle & Alundra Blayze each captured the WWE 24/7 championship at different times.

Kelly became the first-ever woman to win the 24/7 championship after she pinned Gerald Brisco. Later in the night, Candice Michelle would pin Kelly for the belt but her celebrations were cut short after Alundra Blayze attacked her from behind, submitting her for the title. Blayze would later attempt to throw the title into a trash can, paying homage to the infamous WCW trash can incident back in December 1995. Ted Dibiase would enter the scene just in time and Blayze would opt to sell the championship to him instead.
