It has been exactly four years to the day that Becky Lynch made history by becoming the first-ever WWE SmackDown Women’s Champion.

Becky Lynch made history four years ago today when she became the first-ever WWE SmackDown Women’s Champion.

It was on September 11, 2016, that Becky Lynch defeated Alexa Bliss, Carmella, Naomi, Natalya & Nikki Bella in a six-pack elimination challenge to become the first-ever WWE SmackDown Women’s Champion. Lynch would go on to hold the belt for 84 days before dropping it to Alexa Bliss at the TLC event on December 4, 2016.
