AEW officially signs former WWE superstar Tay Conti after impressing during recent Tag Team Cup Tournament

All Elite Wrestling (AEW) has officially signed Tay Conti to a contract after she impressed during the recent Women’s Tag Team Cup Tournament.

Tay Conti previously performed for the WWE on their NXT brand.

AEW announced on Wednesday that they have officially signed former WWE NXT superstar, Tay Conti, to a contract. Conti will join the likes of Nyla Rose, Penelope Ford, and reigning AEW Women’s Champion, Hikaru Shida, on the AEW roster.

Conti made appearances for AEW last month during the recent Women’s Tag Team Cup tournament. The 25-year-old impressed officials and has now signed a full-time contract with the organization.

The Brazilian also boasts a wealth of experience in martial arts. Conti is a black belt in judo and a blue belt in Brazilian jiu-jitsu, she has also trained in Muay Thai and Kickboxing.
